Classroom to PowerSchool Grade Transfer helps teachers copy the grades of one assignment from Google Classroom into the matching PowerSchool (Power Teacher Pro) score cells, so you do not retype them. You always review the result and press Save yourself. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the assignment's Student work page in Google Classroom and press Capture. 2. Open the same class's score-entry page in PowerSchool and press Preview & Match to see which PowerSchool student each Classroom student matches. 3. Optional: press Load Current PowerSchool Class to see which students already have saved accommodations. 4. Optional: press Prepare Accommodations and choose the variable items used for this assessment. 5. Press Transfer. 6. Check the highlighted cells, then click Save Scores in PowerSchool yourself. NEXT CLASS Capture that class's assignment in Classroom, make the same class's PowerSchool score-entry page the active tab, then repeat Preview & Match, Prepare Accommodations and Transfer. Accommodation profiles are saved per student. Load Current PowerSchool Class lists the students of the open PowerSchool class and marks those who already have a saved profile; use it to check a class, or to choose accommodations for students who do not have one yet. Prepare Accommodations works without it for students who already have a profile. WHAT IT DOES - Enters scores into empty PowerSchool score cells, one student at a time, and checks that each cell shows the expected value. - Never overwrites a score that is already there. - Never clicks Save or Submit. - Outlines in red and lists any cell it could not fill, so nothing fails silently. - Optionally adds accommodation comments (fixed and variable items you choose) to each student's comment field. Profiles are kept per student on your computer, with export and import for backups. - Remembers name spellings you confirm, for example "Mike Jonson" = "Johnson, Michael". - Interface in English, Spanish, Turkish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Russian. PRIVACY - Everything stays in your browser. The extension sends no data to any server, has no analytics or ads, and loads no remote code. - It never reads or stores passwords. - Captured grades are cleared after a successful transfer or when you press Clear Captured Grades. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED - Google Classroom and *.powerschool.com pages: read the grades you capture and enter scores. - Side panel: shows the tool next to the page. - Storage: keeps settings, accommodation profiles and confirmed name matches on your computer. - Optional: if your school's PowerSchool address does not end in powerschool.com, you can allow that one site with a button.
