Classroom Grade Transfer helps teachers move assignment grades from Google Classroom, spreadsheets, or text files into PowerTeacher Pro. Open a Google Classroom assignment's Student work page and click Extract grades, or use Paste Grades to import rows copied from Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, or plain text. Review the captured grades, open the matching PowerTeacher Pro assignment, and optionally check matches before clicking Fill grades. The extension matches students by name, fills the visible PowerTeacher score rows, and checks the results. PowerTeacher changes are not auto-saved: you stay in control of reviewing and saving them. Features: - Extract visible Google Classroom grades, including zero scores and names with dotted initials - Show skipped Classroom name rows with reasons so you can review incomplete captures - Import spreadsheet or text rows with recognized headers, split name columns, comma names, and alternate name orders - Review and edit pasted text before pressing Import; drafts remain available when you close and reopen the popup - Automatically detect Classroom assignment points when available, with editable source and destination totals - Convert grades between point totals and choose rounding behavior - Handle blank grades with 0, Missing, or both - Separately choose whether students absent from pasted data should count as blank; this option is off by default - Preview existing scores, proposed entries, Missing marks, and skip reasons before filling - Show source class/assignment, capture date, and available destination details - Search student names and filter zeros, blanks/Missing, rows needing review, and skipped rows; filters change the view, not the transfer scope - Match First Last and Last, First names, with manual confirmation for duplicate, similar, or ambiguous matches - Save class-specific student mappings and Always skip rules - Manage mappings and skip rules from the popup or Options page, with undo for accidental mapping clears - Skip existing PowerTeacher scores and protect Exempt rows when overwrite protection is enabled - Verify entered scores and Missing marks, retry once when needed, and show verification failures - Stop after the current row finishes, or cancel a pending name-mapping request - Restore active progress when reopening the popup on the transfer page - Keep the latest local transfer report with filled, skipped, failed, and unprocessed students - Use a cleaner interface with clearer actions, larger text, student filters, and improved keyboard navigation Privacy: Student names, grades, pasted drafts, transfer reports, preferences, and mappings stay locally in Chrome storage on this computer. The extension does not send student data to an external server and does not use analytics, tracking, ads, or remote code. Clear captured grades, pasted drafts, saved reports, or student mappings using their respective controls. Review PowerTeacher entries before saving.
