I've used this theme for years, the latest Chrome 67 seems to cause issues with the title bar and this theme. However that can be resolved by disabling the Windows 10 Custom Title bar in the Chrome Flags settings: chrome://flags/#windows10-custom-titlebar

Exactly what I was looking for. The classic blue theme without messing up the Close - Maximize - Minimize buttons. Thank you.

Still don't understand why Google ditched the blue theme for the gray one... this classic blue theme is far superior.
