Adds course summaries to the OSU Degree Audit page.

Save time while reading OSU degree audits! Hover over a course (e.g. CSE 2221) to get the full course name and description instantly. No more sifting through meaningless course identifiers. Highlight courses based on your interest (red, yellow, or green). Class Glass shows currently offered courses by checking the master course schedule, so it's always up to date. Branch campuses can be selected in the extension settings.
