Overview

Anything you copy becomes clean, summarized, and searchable. Optional on-page clarity labels. 100% local & private.

What it does Clarity Vault — CopySphere automatically saves anything you copy in the browser and turns it into a clean, searchable, and (optionally) summarized note. It works on normal websites, news articles, and even AI/chat pages like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot — where copying usually brings a lot of extra UI text. Key features • 📋 Auto-save copies – copy text on any site → it appears in the extension. • 🧠 Local summary – get a short version right in the popup, no API key, no server. • 🏷️ Source-aware – shows if something came from AI (🤖), news (✅), or web (🌐). • 🔍 Vault search – quickly find past copies by text, domain, or date. • 🕵️ On-page clarity labels – highlight opinion/promo/long sections on a page, locally. • 📤 Export / import – take your saved copies with you (JSON / Markdown). • 🧹 Copy clean – 1 click to copy a cleaned / shortened version to your clipboard. Privacy-first by design All processing stays in your browser. We don’t send your text to any server. No telemetry, no remote code. You can delete all saved clips anytime. Why it’s useful You read a long AI answer → copy → Clarity Vault keeps the important part. You research for school/work → everything you copy goes to one place. You collect product links / news → vault makes it searchable. You want to see “is this opinion or promo?” → Analyze marks it right on the page. How it works You copy text → the extension listens to the copy event. It removes common clutter (player controls, “0:02 / 2:30”, “share” buttons, etc.). It stores it locally with the site name + time. You open the popup → Recent / Vault / Summary / Analyze tabs. Tabs in the popup Recent – today’s and latest copies, with AI badge 🤖 Vault – full list + search + delete all + export Summary – local summary + original text + “Copy clean” + “Copy original” Analyze – run local page labeling (opinion/promo/long) Settings – privacy notes and basic toggles Permissions (why we ask) “Read and change data on the websites you visit”: needed to capture the text you copied and to inject the analyze labels. “Context menus”: so you can right-click → “Save to Clarity Vault” on sites that block copy. “Active tab / scripting”: only to analyze the page you’re currently on. What we do NOT do ❌ We do not send your copies to a remote server ❌ We do not sell data ❌ We do not require an API key Made by: NR Browser Labs A lightweight, zero-cost, privacy-first extension.
