Overview

Freight claims side panel and cloud workspace for ClaimBoard Open Beta.

ClaimBoard is a freight claim workspace for brokers, forwarders, and shippers. Users can sign in with Google, create and review freight claims, upload supporting documents, review extracted claim information, track claim state, and prepare downloadable filing packets. ClaimBoard is designed around human-controlled claim handling. Automated extraction may prepare information for review, but business-state changes require user confirmation. ClaimBoard does not automatically submit claims or send filing packets to carriers.
