Overview

AI lessons, a daily dilemma, case classes, coaches and a CU GPT guide for credit union staff, from Depository 360. No network calls.

AI training for credit union employees, in your browser's side panel. CU AI Academy teaches staff how to use AI well at work. Each lesson opens on a situation a credit union actually meets, like an ALCO memo, a Reg E dispute backlog or a vendor demo. It then asks you a question before it tells you anything. Commit to an answer, and you get a reply to that choice. A weak choice gets a follow-up question, not a red X. What's inside: • 37 short lessons, 10 to 15 minutes each. • Core tracks: finding AI use cases, prompting a copilot, and defining an AI agent. • AI Superpowers, five levels taken in order: working with AI, building your own assistant, skills and connectors, automation and agents, and cost and ROI. • Lessons unlock in order. Pass one lesson's check to open the next. • Role paths for 8 roles, from executive leadership to the contact center. Pick yours to see which tracks to take first. • Today's dilemma: one decision from a credit union case, about three minutes, and a new one each day. • Case classes: three case-method classes. Read the case, take a side, hear the pushback, then vote again. The cases are composites with invented people and figures. There's no grade. • A use-case coach: describe a task you do every week, answer three questions, and get a plan and a prompt to try. Select a task anywhere, right-click and choose "Coach this task (CU AI Academy)" to start with it. • A prompt coach that checks your draft for five parts (role, task, context, constraints, output format). It also warns you when a prompt looks like it contains member data. • A guide that knows the page. On depository360.com, the side panel shows the term the page is built on and a lesson for doing that work with AI. Private by design: • The extension makes no network requests. Lessons are built in, and your progress stays in this browser. • It reads one thing, on one site: the address of the page you're on at www.depository360.com. It can't see addresses on other websites, never reads page content, and keeps no record of where you've been. • Text reaches the coaches only when you type it, paste it, or choose "Coach this prompt (CU AI Academy)" or "Coach this task (CU AI Academy)" from the right-click menu. Selected text stays in the side panel; nothing is sent anywhere. Lessons are general education, not legal or compliance advice. Check your credit union's policies and the primary regulation before acting. From Depository 360: https://www.depository360.com/academy
