The option to enable capture screenshots disappear quickly

The option appers OFF and the botton disappear quickly and I can't enable the capture.

Please your help.

Can't see screen shots

Hi, I used this extension but can't see any screen shot in word document that I download after doing recording. I've given site access to this extension as well. Thanks
