app is grayed out on chrome and no longer seems to work as if google forces it to not work by refusing access to this chrome app

This app needs a 2018 update

this app no longer works in 2018 Version 63.0.3239.132
it can be added but is grayed out & no longer usable.

Formatting issues.

While I love the YouTube Orange extension, an issue I have noticed is when enabled, (for me) it alters the formatting of the description of videos, making them unusable, and merging the text together.
Once disabled, the formatting goes back to normal.
