Overview
Exam proctoring extension for CKA — locks down Google Forms with a 2-hour timer and reports to Google Sheets
CKA Exam Lockdown is a lightweight, privacy‑first proctoring extension designed for Google Forms exams. It enforces a timed, fullscreen exam environment and logs integrity violations to a Google Sheet for review. What it does - Locks the exam page in fullscreen for a 2‑hour timer - Blocks common shortcuts (Ctrl+C/V/X, right‑click, DevTools) - Detects tab switches, window blur, and fullscreen exits - Records each violation with timestamp, type, and severity - Sends logs to your Google Sheet via Apps Script (no third‑party servers) - Allows admins to unlock sessions remotely from the Sheet What it does NOT do - No screen capture, video, or audio recording - No keylogging outside the exam page - No personal data collection beyond student name and exam events - No access to other tabs or sites Privacy & transparency - Runs only on Google Forms pages you explicitly start - Shows a clear consent screen before monitoring begins - All data is stored in your own Google Sheet (you control access) - Minimal permissions: storage only Setup 1. Deploy the included Google Apps Script to a new Sheet 2. Copy the Web app URL into the extension 3. Load the extension and start an exam Ideal for schools, training centers, and organizations that need simple, reliable exam integrity without invasive monitoring.
