Overview

Softphone for use with IPVN

RTC Softphone, for use with IPVN's IP Voice Network. This extension uses secure web sockets and encryption to ensure your safety. At present, the phone has to be manually configured - in time, it will present a one click installation process and registration to your IPVN account. It features a keypad, and standard phone buttons - including call queueing specific buttons to help manage your agent status quickly and easily. We have a lot of great features planned for this phone, including live BLF call connects with colleagues and live call queue details with metrics. This version introduces video support and instant messaging.
