Adding tools to ConnectWise-Manage website for Citybook Help-Desk team. Ticket notifications: you can get windows notifications for new incoming tickets or tickets assigned to you, based on your settings. Shortcut Buttons: Buttons will be added on any service ticket to contact user with Teams/Email or connect to user's computer. Version 1.0.5 updates: Updated ConnectWise Manage URLs to v2025_1 Version 1.0.6 updates: Improve the shortcut buttons on tickets
