Re Installation

After changing the theme and removing this theme for a change of something new, every time I open up Chrome again, it re installs itself. And after a while, I' getting pretty fed up from having to uninstall this theme once more.

Theme disappear

Mine too, when I open chrome today, the background is only white. I love the wallpaper tho, it is so pretty. Is there anyway we could use it back? Thank you!
