Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS

This release is compatible with ChromeOS versions 138 and 139. This release addresses areas that improve overall performance and stability. What’s new in 2507 - Adaptive transport (EDT) Adaptive Transport is a mechanism in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops that allows establishing connections for HDX sessions using a preferred transport protocol while providing a fallback to TCP if connectivity with the preferred protocol is unavailable. The following transport protocols are supported: - Enlightened Data Transport (EDT) - Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) Note: This feature is enabled by default. For more information, see the [Adaptive transport] (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/hdx-transport/adaptive-transport.html) Fixed issue in 2507 - In a multi-monitor set up, when you switch session to the subset of monitors using the toolbar, the session might not span across the selected monitors correctly. As a workaround, turn off the Custom Layout (Multi-Monitor Selector) feature. Known issue in 2507 - There are no new known issues in this release. Limitations - When you transfer files using Client Drive Mapping functionality from your local device to the VDA and conversely, data might get corrupted. - When you start a desktop session using Citrix Workspace app, green blocks are visible on the display screen that blocks the UI. The issue might occur when you move an application window inside the launched desktop. Recommendations and Notes: • Starting with the version 2202 (22.2.1.8), only valid JSON is honored for pushing the configuration to Citrix Workspace app for Chrome OS. Do the following: • Verify the configuration JSON using https://jsonlint.com/.
