Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS

The Early Access Release/ Tech preview of Citrix Workspace app The purpose of this EAR is to ensure that everything works in your enterprise using Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS. It is supported only on ChromeOS endpoints. What’s new in 2405 - This version includes enhancements to the log collection. Along with the log information, the resource name and time of log collection are also added to assist IT administrators and customer support teams in analyzing the scenario better. Improved in-session toolbar [Technical Preview] - Starting with the 2405 version, a refreshed toolbar UI appears when you start an app or a desktop session. The look and feel of the in-session toolbar UI has changed. The toolbar UI is specifically designed to enhance the end-user experience by organizing the options in a user-friendly manner. Note: This feature is disabled by default. This feature is a request only preview. To get it enabled in your environment, fill out the Podio form(https://podio.com/webforms/29623459/2442942). Fixed issue in 2405 - When all the configured external beacons are unreachable, an indefinite spinner appears on Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS. - On unmanaged devices, when you start an app or desktop session, the Director Console displays the endpoint name as HTML5-X-X. The issue occurs when you upgrade Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS from version 2311 to 2402.1. However, after the fix, the endpoint name appears as CrOS-X-X. - Lease files fail to download after signing off and signing back into the Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS. Known issue in 2405 - There are no new known issues. Notes: If you are on HTTP-based stores, for a secure context, we recommend that you transition to HTTPS-based stores. Recommendations: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops version 7.6 has reached end of maintenance. For more information, see https://www.citrix.com/support/product-lifecycle/product-matrix.html. With the legacy graphics mode enabled, a black screen might appear in sessions running on 7.6 VDAs. We recommend setting the Legacy Graphics Mode to Disabled.
