Select web content to create and replay verifiable CiteAnything citations.
CiteAnything turns selected web content into verifiable citations and replays citations on their original source pages. Select text, then open the extension or choose the CiteAnything right-click action. Only after that explicit action, the extension reads the selection and captures the current visible page, submits the evidence to your configured CiteAnything account, and returns a portable [@ev:TOKEN] marker. When you open a citation, the extension navigates to the original source and highlights the cited text or table cell. You explicitly connect the extension from an official CiteAnything site using a dedicated citation-only key stored in Chrome storage. Works with citeanything.app and citeanything.cn.
