Overview
Auto-fill AI-generated articles into your blogging and publishing platforms with one click. No API keys, no copy-paste.
Citadex Publisher saves you from copy-pasting your AI-written articles across multiple publishing platforms. When you click Publish in the Citadex web app, this extension opens the destination platform's new-post page in a new browser tab and auto-fills the title and body — including formatting (headings, lists, bold, links, code blocks). You then click each platform's own Publish button to actually go live. The extension never publishes anything for you. WHO IT'S FOR Solo creators, content marketers, indie hackers, and small teams who use Citadex's AI Writer to draft long-form articles and want to syndicate across multiple platforms without OAuth tokens, API keys, or webhook configuration. WHERE IT WORKS The extension supports the major destinations small teams actually use to grow brand visibility in AI engines. Coverage spans general-creator platforms like Medium, Dev.to, and Hashnode for technical and editorial writing, Substack for newsletter-led publishing, and the B2B side covers WordPress (both self-hosted installs and managed hosts), Ghost (self-hosted or Ghost(Pro)), HubSpot CMS Hub blogs, and LinkedIn long-form articles. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Citadex Publisher. 2. In Citadex Channel Settings, paste the extension's ID (one-time pairing) and toggle on the platforms you want. For self-hosted platforms (WordPress, Ghost, HubSpot) you also provide your site URL or hub ID — once. 3. Sign into each platform normally in your browser. The extension uses your existing browser session — it never sees or stores your password. 4. In Citadex, click "One-click Publish" and pick destinations. 5. The extension opens each platform's editor in a new tab and fills the post. 6. You click each platform's own Publish button to confirm. PRIVACY & SECURITY • No accounts: the extension talks only to citadex.io, and only after you explicitly pair it with your Citadex account. • No passwords or API keys: authentication uses your existing platform sessions. • No data collection: article content is held briefly in memory only while filling the target editor, then discarded. Nothing is stored or transmitted to Citadex servers. • You stay in control: every publish opens a visible browser tab and ends with you clicking the platform's own Publish button. WHY THIS APPROACH Most publishing platforms either don't expose a usable API (Medium closed theirs in 2023; Substack and LinkedIn don't offer public publishing APIs to small teams) or gate it behind painful OAuth flows. Citadex Publisher does what the user would do manually — open the editor and paste the content — but without the typing.
