Citable - Reference Manager
Overview
Save references to your Citable library directly from web pages
Citable helps researchers save papers from the web into their Citable bibliography without breaking reading flow. Open the Citable sidebar on supported academic pages, review the detected paper metadata, choose a collection, and save the reference with or without the PDF. Captures continue in the background, so you can move to the next paper while uploads and PDF processing finish. Key features: Save papers and PDFs from academic journals, digital libraries, preprint servers, and DOI landing pages. Add captures to a Citable collection directly from the browser sidebar. Track queued, running, saved, failed, and duplicate captures in one sidebar activity view. Continue browsing while PDF uploads process asynchronously. Resolve duplicate references without blocking other captures. Open saved papers back in Citable when you are ready to read, annotate, or organize them. The extension requires a Citable account. It uses secure Citable login and only sends detected paper metadata and selected PDFs to Citable when you choose to save them.
