CINQ — Social Cinema

Logs what you watch on the streaming services you already use to your CINQ profile, and keeps watch parties in sync.

CINQ is the social network for people who love film and TV. The extension is the part that makes it automatic. What it does • Logs what you're watching. When you play something on a supported streaming service, the extension notices the title and marks it Watching on your CINQ profile after a couple of minutes, and Watched when you finish. No more typing in what you saw. • Imports your history. One click on your Netflix viewing-activity page brings in everything you've watched on that account, including on your TV and phone. • Keeps watch parties in sync. In a CINQ watch party, the host's real player drives the shared clock: when they press play, pause or skip, everyone's player follows. What it doesn't do • It never reads anything outside the supported streaming sites and cinq.watch. • It never sees passwords, payment details or messages. • It sends CINQ only the title you're playing, roughly how far you are, and which service it's on. • Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else. You can disconnect from the extension popup at any time, which revokes its key. Setup Install, then open cinq.watch/extension/connect and press "Connect this browser". That's it.
