CIENFUEGOS Palette
Overview
Pick a colour from any page. No site access, no content scripts, no network.
CIENFUEGOS Palette reads the colour of any pixel on the page you are looking at and copies the value to your clipboard. It asks for no access to any website. Most colour pickers request permission to read and change your data on all sites, because they inject a script into every page you visit to read pixels. CIENFUEGOS Palette does not inject anything. It captures a single frame of the tab you are on, only after you click its button, and reads the pixel from that. The practical result is an extension that installs with no permission warningsand still works on pages where script-injecting tools fail.
