Ci Light

Helper for WhatsApp Web: chats waiting for a reply, hide screen, follow-up reminders, notes and templates. Never sends messages.

Ci Light helps teams that use WhatsApp Web for business keep up with their customers. Log in to WhatsApp Web as usual; Ci Light adds a small panel on the right edge of the screen. What it does • Chats waiting for a reply: chats whose last message came from the customer show how long they have been waiting, e.g. "45 min". By default those waiting longer than 30 minutes turn red, so a message that was read but never answered does not slip through. • Hide screen: Alt+Shift+G blurs chats and photos; the chat under the mouse stays readable. Nobody at your desk can read other customers' messages. • Follow-up reminders: set a reminder such as "Tomorrow 10:00" for a chat. When it is due you get a notification; one click takes you to that chat. • Chat without saving the number: paste a phone number (with its country code) and the chat opens. • Chat notes: keep a short note for each chat; you see it when you open the chat. • Templates: type ;shortcut in the message box and press Tab; the saved text appears in the box. {name} is filled with the first word of the chat name. • Turkish and English: the panel follows Chrome's language, or pick one in Settings. What it does not do • It never sends messages. There is no bulk messaging, auto-reply or scheduled sending; you always press send yourself. • It sends your data to no server. Notes, reminders and templates stay only in the browser on this computer. Ci Light has no server. Ci Light is developed by Chatinbox Communications LLC.
