Basic audio compressor extension project. Real-time audio compression for Chrome tabs. Threshold, gain, ratio, attack, release, visualizer, and auto threshold. If you don't care about that just click medium or heavy for an easy volume stabilizer. Great for Youtube binges where you want a consistent volume or for keeping a late night action movie on your favorite streaming service from getting too noisy. Auto-threshold — Light / Medium / Heavy (3 / 6 / 12 dB targets): listens for ~4 seconds, then sets threshold for you. Remembers your settings — Parameters saved in Chrome and restored next time. Some streaming sites use content protection (DRM) so tab audio can’t be processed by extension.
