Chrome URL Router opens external links in the last focused regular Chrome window. Chrome's normal desktop URL handling cannot explicitly target a regular tabbed window. After using an installed PWA, external links may open in an unnecessary new Chrome window instead of the regular window you were already using. This extension works with the open-source Chrome URL Router native host on Linux. URLs are forwarded locally from the native host to the extension, which selects the last focused normal Chrome window and opens the URL in a new active tab. Features: - Opens external links in the last focused normal Chrome window - Avoids clipboard access, simulated keyboard input, and fixed delays - Does not use analytics, advertising, or remote code - Processes URLs locally and does not send them to the developer or third parties Requires Linux and the Chrome URL Router native host: https://github.com/so1ve/chrome-url-router
