Chrome Remote Desktop

Garbage. Enable remote access has me download extension. Opens new tab. Says to enable remote access download extension. NEVER gets to the point of having an access code.

This is the digital equivalent to a steaming dung heap. The phone app that worked without error for years has been replaced by an unresponsive, error-filled funhouse of disappointment and latency. The only use this has would be if it had microphone access; then it could select the last byte of the profanity the user will invariable shout as it curses at this horrible project, and serve as a distributed pseudorandom number generator.

Incredibly useful for remotely servers or a home computer.

It makes exactly zero sense that one wouldn't be able to remotely control a Chromebook using this. If there is some concern for security (as I have read elsewhere), why not simply make an advanced admin toggle to allow for this or not?

Doesn't work on imac main screen but external monitor is fine. When my iMac s locked the screens are all blank and I cannot log in. Good concept but can't be trusted as the main remote login for any machines that you need access to.

I hope there is a way to disable keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl-n and Ctrl-w, and forward the commands to the remote desktop. Otherwise, running Emacs on the remote desktop is very inconvenient.

works great. i can access my desktop without it requesting me to give premission from my desktop every time i connect from my phone. i have a duual screen set up and it shows that on my iphone even. only issue i have is i cant remember where the setting are.
