Non-functional software. Simply downloads a webpage that prompts a download for another installer. This download fails with the error message "Cannot download the item as the remote server is unreachable." Any google help-threads I try to use are just spammed with ai-generated garbage that is clearly not for this program or this problem.

Not very useful. There is up to 5 minutes to connect. That would be okay if it could be changed which apparently it can not. I should be able to decide when I want it to expire, including not at all. Not everyone needs Google to be their mommy.
