I tried two other favicon changers and this was the only one I could get to work, so I guess it has that going for it. As a previous reviewer mentioned, you have to open the bookmarked page you want to change the favicon for; then change the favicon; and finally, you have to click to close the favicon changer dialog, then open it again before the favicon changes. Doesn't work on other Chromium browsers like Edge

Extension Works, but you need to "allow access to file URLs" in properties. And click extension icon every time to show new icons, because when you click bookmarks, chrome update icon to the default.
