Multi-coloured theme

A slight mod of James Genchi's excellent Chromatic: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nfjpffhaplgcmbhacmcmccmgfhnbjfnd I flipped the titlebar upside down so it looks better in maximized mode/Chrome OS. [Edit: Due to changes in the way themes are being drawn, the original Chromatic may look a lot better maximized going forward. I'll leave this theme up but I don't need it anymore.]
