Présentation

Adds a link to popup a google map to the coordinates on http://cad.chp.ca.gov/

Changes the coordinates on the CHP page to a clickable link. The link will pop open a map with a pin showing the location of the incident with a small description. If the popup is left open the map will add subsequent pins to the same map (although if you switch communication centers it seems to go away). http://cad.chp.ca.gov/ @shaunsational
