Locktin blocks distracting websites with rules that are hard to undo on impulse. This extension is the browser half of the Locktin app. You set up your block lists, schedules and conditions in the Locktin app on your computer; the extension enforces them in Chrome: • Blocks the websites on your block lists and shows a clear "This site was blocked" page. • Keeps working when the Locktin window is closed: your rules are cached in the browser. • Optional site tweaks you switch on in the app, such as hiding YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels or Reddit feeds, and hiding adult images on the sites you choose. Your browsing stays on your device. The extension talks only to the Locktin app on the same computer, through Chrome's native messaging. It contains no analytics and no tracking.
