Key Features: DNR / Watchlist Panel: Build new watchlists from scratch or import CSVs using first name, last name, list, severity, and reason. Export your watchlist for safe keeping. Three severity levels: Max (red), Medium (yellow), Info (default), with optional notes. Appears as a movable panel on Arrivals and Guest Info pages, only showing when a match is found. Automatic Stayovers Check: Automatically compares arrivals and departures to highlight follow-up reservations. Night audit staff no longer need to manually check each arrival. Quick Reservation Copy-Paste: Copy guest reservation info and paste into a new reservation in just two clicks. Safety guard ensures details only paste when guest names match. Ideal for third-party reservations with minimal guest info. Experimental Features: Auto Copy & Refund Cash Deposit Bot copies guest info and refunds deposits in a new CASH DEP folio. Complimentary Fill Bot fills guest info on follow-up reservations and posts cash deposits automatically. Customizable Security Deposit Buttons: Two buttons for guest info or folio pages. Default deposit amounts: 60 and 100 (fully customizable). Creates a new CASH DEP folio and posts the deposit. Leisure Guest Auto-Selector: Automatically selects leisure guest category to reduce repetitive steps in guest tracking. Rate Plan Monitor: Monitors guest rate plans in real-time and enforces a whitelist, ensuring you never miss promotions you didn’t sign up for and preventing revenue losses. All features are designed to be user-friendly, efficient, and safe. Panels are movable to avoid obstructing other UI elements, and experimental features are clearly marked to avoid accidental use.
