Number Of Items Blocked

When I load a page a number appears in the toolbar icon which I presume is the number of items blocked. When I click on the toolbar icon the number of items listed as blocked never agrees with the total listed in the icon. Why would they differ? Thanks in advance for your help.

Paul again - on insider.com all enhancement options are not checked and I loaded the latest filters.

is this thing is blocking site videos like crunchyroll and i cant see them unless i disable this thing from blocking everything
