Background Is Still White

Hi, I downloaded your 4K version of this theme and while it has applied it to the address/tool bar and border, the main background is still showing as white and not with the Steam colour. Please can you tell me how to enable the background colour change.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! with all of the other issues with not being able to remove this you have suggested that people go into chrome settings and change the theme but i am on a chromebook and i have searched through settings and nothing like this appears. i just want to get rid of this extension!!! please i am losing my mind and i have an early shift in the morning. someone help meeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!

steam cards

I bought (2) $100 steam cards last night and gave the code to someone and they said it was not working. I spoke to the manager and she looked in the computer and said they were claimed. How do I reverse the payment. What can I do? Is this a scam?
