Outreach Everywhere

Awesome extension. Having to remove and test lately because my org is finding that the OR extension might be causing glitches on Chrome, especially with multi-display setups, and it prevents clicking links or requires 2-3 clicks (which often result in miss-clicks). Awesome extensions. Saves me so much time to focus on closing deals that matter!

The fact that the extension has been broken for over a year and Outreach just doesn't fix it is so disheartening, one of many reasons we'll likely drop Outreach for something more modern.

I have had a great experience with Outreach. I utilized Outreach Support when I have had any issues. They are very responsive and resolve things right away.

Causes my google chrome to crash - please fix. Unacceptably bad

LITERALLY NEED THIS FOR WORK AND CANT USE IT BECAUSE IT MAKES MY CHROME CRASH, THIS EXTENSION IS THE BANE OF MY EXISTENCE PLEASE FIX IT

Tool crashes all the time, not reliable especially when you're doing outbound work.

This tool is required for my work. There are some awesome capabilities that this tool has, like easily moving prospects from SFDC to Outreach, or popping up a calling window so you can keep other info tabs open. But this tool causes me no end of difficulty with chrome. I didn't know it was this extension for sure until I read others' review. This extension causes chrome to crash ALL THE TIME! Don't exactly understand the benefit of it. Clunky.

Prompted to login multiple times per day which makes it super frustrating to use.
