Quick Attendance for SAP Portal

Mark class attendance faster in the SAP Web Dynpro portal: everyone starts absent, tap who's present, apply in one go.

Marking attendance in the SAP Web Dynpro portal means changing one dropdown per student, then waiting for the page after each change. Quick Attendance for SAP Portal adds a clean panel to the attendance screen so you can mark a whole class in seconds. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a class in the portal until the student list shows. 2. Click "⚡ Quick Attendance" in the bottom-right corner. 3. Everyone starts absent. Tap the students who are present. 4. Press "Apply to portal". The extension fills in every Absence Reason for you. 5. Tick Completed, Confirm and Save in the portal as usual. FEATURES • Tap a student to switch present / absent. Shift-click marks a half absence. • Search by name or roll number, and press Enter to mark the match. • Paste several roll numbers at once, e.g. 45301 45308 h45315. • All present, All absent, Invert and Undo in one click. • A summary of every change before anything is applied. • Re-checks the portal afterwards and flags any student that didn't take, with one-click retry. • Unsaved marks survive a page reload for 12 hours. • Choose whether new classes start with everyone absent or present. • Never presses Save for you. You stay in control of what is submitted. PRIVACY Student names, roll numbers and attendance never leave your computer. The extension only contacts its license server to check your license key.
