No tasks showing in Kanban

No tasks are showing in any users kanban. please help ASAP as we cannot assign work at present. We rely heavily on tracked.

Billed for March & paid but no access

We were invoiced and billed automatically for March but the product just says we need to upgrade........ Meaning we cannot use it, even though we have paid for it!!!!!! We would really appreciate a response as you have been ignoring our support queries for 2 weeks now

Is this extension even working?

I'm trying to test it on our Basecamp account using 30 days trial version and it seems like nothing works properly.
First of all: I can not add any label because extension can not save it.I only get frozen "Save" button that it's constantly refreshing itself.

eliminate permanetely iceboxed

We cannot eliminate permanently the iceboxed column in order to avoid to delete it in new projects. Where can I do this?

Basecamp . nuevas solicitudes

Hola, tengo una problema ya que yo uso basecamp e instale la extensión tracked pero en la columna de nuevas solcitudes no aparecen los cards creados asignados, solo me llega la notificacion por mail pero en el board no figura,

Account owner lost access - we are locked out

Our account owner no longer has access to the email associated. Have emailed support 3 times. We are not able to access billing site or tracked in basecamp.

Labels not showing

I enabled Tracked and added the extension. When I open a Kanban board, I see the labels briefly, and then it blinks and the only thing I see are "Projects", "Search" and "New List". How do I see the labels and filtering options?

Broken

Basecamp just updated their interface and now we cannot see the projects as boards. Is this something you are aware of and fixing?

The problem with tracked inside basecamp

Hi! I can not see the tasks that I was assigned for in the tracked inside the basecamp. I added "tracked" in google extension, but still can not track my tasks. How I can resolve this problem?
