Niva — Browser Bridge
Overview
Lets the Niva desktop assistant read and act on the pages you have open in this browser.
Niva Browser Bridge connects your browser to Niva, the AI assistant for your desktop, so you can ask about — and get things done on — the websites you already have open, with your own logins. What you can ask Niva once the extension is on: • "Summarize this article" or "What does this page say about pricing?" • "List the products in this search with their prices" • "Fill in this form with my details" or "Click Download" • "Open my invoices tab" or "Go to amazon.com" • Ask your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini from Niva, and see how much of your plan you have left How it works • It only talks to the Niva app on your own computer (127.0.0.1). It never sends anything to other servers. • Niva only uses your tabs when you ask it to do something with them. • It pairs with Niva automatically: install it, keep Niva open, and it connects. The first time, Niva may ask for your permission. Requires the Niva desktop app for Windows or Mac (free): https://n1va.com
