Extension Can't Search or Add Libraries

The extension has been struggling to search my libraries for a few weeks now. In a fit of frustration I completely removed the extension and reinstalled it. Now it won't let me log into my Hoopla account or add my Kansas State Library Catalog. Right now the whole extension is basically useless. Please help.

Library Extension has stopped working in Chrome

After working wonderfully for years, it now says it looks like I haven't 'set it up', but when I click on the icon to set it up, none of the fields populate and it says "Loading"

stopped working in Chrome?

It was working fine early last week, but now it's not retaining any of my library choices. Sometimes it will let me set them up again, but the next time I open the browser they're gone again. Sometimes the extension shows on the page (reminding me I'm not set up) and others it doesn't show at all. And sometimes when I open the extension with the button on the toolbar, it doesn't load any options: no library choices, no version info, I can't choose from the menu on the left. It seems to be working fine in Firefox.
