There is no Chilly account, no login, and no server of ours behind the wallet — the extension talks to public blockchain infrastructure directly from your browser. One wallet, forty networks Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and the rest of the supported networks are built in and ready to use, so there is nothing to add by hand and no RPC details to paste.
