ad blocker

I can never get into Rakuten because of my ad blocker. I uninstalled it and re-installed it in chrome and it still was blocked. Suggestions??

Rakaten for tablets...

I use my Google Pixel tablet more than my desktop computer (no laptop), and would really appreciate being able to get all my cash back benefits. Unfortunately, I can't. When I try to download the app to my tablets (I have 2, the Google Pixel and Samsung), I get an error message that it can't be done. So, if you could either modify the app to work on everything, or create a Rakaten app for the tablets, would be great. I love you app on my PC and have used it for years.

none of my online purchases are showing

I spend significantly on Temu and never get the credit promised. I also use various other sites and rarely get any credit. I have my credit cards registered and I don't see purchases, especially from Walmart. Can you tell me how to fix this for future purchases? I can try to recreate the year-long purchases but where do I send this. I am not sure you all are legitimate anymore.

Chrome extension didn't allow sign in

I tried so many times to login through chrome extension and it kept throwing error message, however, when log in through incognito mode, it works, the browser extension has issue.

Cannot access extension settings in Chrome

The Chrome extension settings page is blank. I cannot change any existing settings or see if there is further customization at all.
