Instead of manually typing ingredient names, pack sizes, quantities, units, prices, and supplier names, you can open a supplier page, capture a product row, product card, or selected text, review the details, make edits if needed, and save the ingredient to your Chef’s Food Cost Calculator account. Use Supplier Quick Add to: • Capture supplier product details from pages you choose • Review and edit ingredient details before saving • Save captured items to your signed-in ingredient library • Reduce manual entry when building or updating your ingredient list • Check for possible duplicate ingredients before saving • Keep supplier pricing details easier to review Supplier Quick Add is a capture-and-review tool. It does not place orders, connect to vendor ordering systems, or automatically sync supplier accounts. You stay in control of what is captured and what gets saved.
