checkE is an AI-powered dynamic daily checklist that prevents automaticity by serving a fresh checklist every day, even if the tasks are always the same. checkE automatically opens your checklist in a Chrome tab at a time you select, so you don't have to remember to look at it. It asks you if you've completed each task one at a time, rephrasing them and shuffling them every day, so they're always fresh. This forces you to read each item before you check it off, so you can't just click through it on autopilot.
