It is an extra layer of security and risk management for all cryptocurrency users! Automatic reviews are made of each coin/token, the shorthand comes up as a score between 1-100 below the name of the crypto in coinmarketcap/coingecko etc. The risk score can be followed as a hyperlink, by clicking it, to see details of the aspects that were reviewed to come up with that particular score.
