Overview

Tracks how many ChatGPT messages you’ve sent, segmented by model, to help you judge how close you are to ChatGPT quota limits.

ChatGPT limits the number of messages you can send to certain models (gpt-5, gpt-5-thinking) over certain periods of time. The ChatGPT UI tells you when you’ve exceeded your quota, but doesn’t tell you exactly how many messages you‘ve sent. This extension tracks how many messages you‘ve sent to each model over a period of time — one week gpt-5-thinking; and three hours for gpt-5, to help you judge how close to the limit you might be.
