ChatReact

Format the current tab into a message and pin it in your Twitch chat.

ChatReact is for Twitch streamers who share what's on screen. Press one keyboard shortcut and ChatReact posts a message about the page you're viewing to your own Twitch chat, then pins it so viewers can find the link. HOW IT WORKS • Connect your Twitch account from the ChatReact toolbar menu (Twitch's own sign-in page). • Write your message once in Settings using placeholders: {tab.title}, {tab.url}, {tab.domain} and {channel}. A live preview shows exactly what will be sent. • On any page, press the shortcut (Alt+Shift+P by default; change it at chrome://extensions/shortcuts). The message is sent and pinned. FEATURES • One key press to send and pin; no switching to chat. • Fits Twitch's 500-character limit automatically: tracking parameters (utm_*, fbclid, and similar) are removed from the link first, then the title is shortened. • Optional link cleaning on every message. • Pin until the stream ends, or for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. • Toolbar badge shows the result: ✓ pinned, ! problem (hover for details), AUTH to reconnect, OFF when disabled. • Right-click the icon to switch ChatReact off and on. • If pinning fails, it retries for up to 15 seconds and never posts the message twice. You are solely and entirely responsible for every link and message it posts to your Twitch chat, including the content of the pages you share.
