Overview
Blur chats, messages and media on WhatsApp Web until you hover, so people nearby can't read your screen.
Keep your chats private from people looking over your shoulder. ChatMist blurs your chat list, older messages, photos and more on WhatsApp Web. The chat you have open stays readable, and you can hover over anything to reveal it. Choose exactly what gets blurred from a simple popup: chat list, messages older than a time you pick, calls, status, communities and channels. Press Alt+B to turn the blur on or off. Everything happens in your browser, and nothing is collected or sent anywhere. Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
