Chatlane adds a light CRM layer to WhatsApp Web, right beside your conversations. Keep track of who needs what, without leaving the chat: • STATUS - move each chat along a lane (for example New, Talking, Waiting for payment, Done). See where every chat stands at a glance. • TAGS - label chats the way you work: paid, unpaid, VIP, follow up. • REMINDER - one Reminder per chat, with a notification and a toolbar badge when it is due. Snooze it or mark it done. • NOTES - a private note per chat, kept on your device. • DUE TAB - every chat that needs you today, in one list. • LANES TAB - all chats grouped by Status, with search and tag filters. • CHAT-LIST MARKERS - small Status dots and reminder bells in your chat list. • PRESETS - start from a ready set of Statuses and Tags for sales, services or freelance work, then make it yours. • EXPORT / IMPORT - back up your data to a file or move it to another computer. • ENGLISH AND HEBREW, including right-to-left. The language follows WhatsApp Web. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no server, no analytics. Chatlane never reads or stores your messages. Statuses, Tags and Reminders sync through your own Chrome sync (Google account); Notes stay on your device.
