Generates replies in Slack using ChatGPT
This Chrome extension allows you to generate short and relevant replies or new messages using ChatGPT while chatting with your colleagues on Slack. It also enables you to customize the generated responses by setting the language, model, and mood. The extension adds reply and new message buttons to your Slack message input field and provides keyboard shortcuts for convenience. How to use: - Install the extension in your Chrome browser. - Open Slack in your browser and navigate to a conversation. - You will see two new buttons added near the message input field: one for generating a reply based on the last message and one for generating a new message based on the text you input. - Click on the "Generate reply" button to generate a response based on the last message in the conversation. The response will be inserted into the message input field, and you can edit it before sending. - Click on the "Generate new message" button to generate a new message based on the text you input in the message field. The generated message will be inserted into the message input field, and you can edit it before sending. - Use keyboard shortcuts for added convenience: Press Ctrl + Alt + ArrowDown to generate a reply based on the last message. Press Ctrl + Alt + ArrowUp to generate a new message based on the text you input. Please note that you will need an OpenAI API key to use this extension, as it relies on the OpenAI API to generate the responses.
