The extension doesn't count twice, if you are hitting the limit at 20 prompts it is due to OpenAI not the extension miscounting.

I have used 40 prompts but it is displaying 42 prompts. I am afraid the extension is not reliable regarding the accuracy. Please advise if mentioned issue can be fixed.
