Custom Sorting

Hi, are there any plans for custom sorting in the future where users can drag and drop saved conversations within a folder to any specific order they want?

Renaming Saved Conversations and Customer Portal

Hi, after saving a conversation in one of the folders, I noticed that if, within chatGPT, I change the name of the saved conversation, the same saved conversation in chatGPT Organizer does not reflect the name change—instead, the conversation’s original name is preserved. I work around this by deleting the original conversation chatGPT Organizer and then save the updated conversation from chatGPT in the same folder. If there is no other workaround, are there plans to either have saved conversations automatically reflect name changes or at least allow the user to manually change the name of a saved conversation in chatGPT Organizer?
Also, I noticed that on organizechatgpt.com, you have a Customer Portal link where user can manage their account after logging in. I have never received a link every time I put in my email address. Does this Customer Portal link not work?

Not woroking!!!q

I insalled and paid the premium version but worked for couple of days only. Currenly, i open it and it keeps trying to load folders but is insucessful

I cannot log in

Despite having paid for this extension so I can use my folders everywhere, I cannot log in. It keeps telling me, "Email does not exist in collection."

Fail to Fetch chats

How can I resolve the issue where I get the message 'failed to fetch chats, contact support' when I try to use the 'add chat' feature in the ChatGPT Organizer under the 'use folder' option??

Can’t upgrade to premium

I’ve tried twice to upgrade to premium. I used two different credit cards (Mastercard and Amex) and two different email addresses. I never received a confirmation, though I can see the transactions “pending” in my credit card statements. When I try to login, I get this message: “Email does not exist in the collection.” What do I need to do?
