ChatGPT Model Route Inspector - Resolved Models & GPT Pro Downgrades
Overview
See which model actually answered in ChatGPT, detect whether GPT Pro was downgraded, and view the PoW difficulty.
ChatGPT Model Route Inspector helps you verify which model the ChatGPT web client requested and which response route the server reported. Key features: • Live request inspection pairs the requested model with the response route for each new message. • Conversation reload reads route information available in completed answers. • GPT Pro downgrade detection makes Pro-to-other-model routing changes easy to spot. • PoW difficulty displays the original hexadecimal value and its decimal equivalent. • A page overlay shows the essential result directly in ChatGPT and supports full, compact, and hidden states. • A local diagnostics dashboard keeps inspection history and exports Markdown or JSON reports. • Chinese and English product interfaces are included. Privacy: Inspection records and settings stay in the current browser profile. The extension does not store or upload prompt text, answer text, cookies, credentials, attachments, complete network requests, responses, or HAR files. ChatGPT Route Inspector observes and displays available route metadata only. It does not change ChatGPT requests, responses, model selection, account access, or usage limits. Available fields may change when the ChatGPT website is updated. This is an independent, unofficial extension and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by OpenAI.
