ChatGPT MCP Helper helps you manage ChatGPT connector approval prompts. Set a rule for each connector: - Always allow - Ask me - Always deny Unknown connectors stay manual until you add a rule. You can test without clicking first, scan the current ChatGPT page for connector names, or select connector text and save it from Chrome’s right-click menu. Your settings stay in Chrome local storage on your device. The extension does not send your connector names, prompts, page content, or settings to any external server.
